What is Nightware for nightmares related to PTSD? 

NightWare is a prescription digital therapeutic system that uses an Apple Watch and iPhone to help treat nightmares. It collects data about a user's sleep patterns and heart rate while they sleep. The device then uses this information to identify disruptions in sleep that could indicate a nightmare. When a disruption is detected, the watch vibrates to interrupt the nightmare without waking the user.
